Table View

The Table View provides a spreadsheet-like interface for managing requirements.

Key Features

  • Quick Filtering: Instantly filter through epics, stories, or tasks using the search and filter functionality

  • Sorting:

    • Click any column header to sort by that field
    • Toggle between ascending and descending order
  • Inline Editing:

    • Currently supported for certain fields like priority
    • E.g. Link to related epics and stories directly from the connection - table cell

View Options

  • Full Width Display: Expand the table to utilize the entire screen width
  • Description Expansion: Toggle between condensed and full description views
  • Effort Estimation: Choose between the built-in estimation methods or use your own custom method you can create in the organisation or project settings
  • Effort Validation: A red warning triangle appears when a story’s estimated effort is less than the combined effort of its sub-items

Direct editing options

  • Library Integration: Save items directly to your library for reuse
  • Version Control:
    • Access and recover previous versions of items
  • Bulk Operations:
    • Move items between documents
    • Duplicate items
    • Delete multiple items
