Role and Entity Details

Each role or entity can be further detailed on its own page. On that page you can:

• Add a comprehensive description to explain the role’s responsibilities.

• Include further synonyms. These synonyms ensure that even if different terms are used (for example, during meetings), it’s clear they refer to the same role.

Attributes and Connections

Additional settings available when managing roles (and entities) include:

• Assigning Attributes – You can assign attributes such as text, number, date, etc., which allows you to predefine a basic data model based on your requirements.

• Establishing Connections – You can configure new connections that link roles to specific user stories. In User Story mode, you can view which role (or persona) is associated with a given story, as well as the permissions or rights connected to it.

• Managing Rights – You can define and manage specific rights and permissions for the entity.

These same properties and configurations also apply to entities, ensuring that both roles and entities have consistent management features, as their type is changeable into to each other.
