Activity Logs

All modifications and activities in your document are comprehensively tracked. There is an Audit Log that records every entry made in Storywise. You can review the Audit Log on its dedicated logs page (this page), where every change by all users is fully transparent. Here you can also see which user performed a particular action, filter by user, and identify which story was affected. Additionally, this detailed view is available on each resource level—allowing you, for example, to check when an epic was modified, when a story was updated, or when acceptance criteria or original sentences were added or removed. All user activities are logged, so if an administrator grants or revokes permissions or assigns licenses, those actions are documented as well. Moreover, it is possible to filter these changes by version, providing insights into modifications specific to each version.
