Audit Log
Overview
The audit log in Storywise provides comprehensive tracking of all changes and activities within the system. This ensures complete transparency and accountability for all modifications made to requirements, user permissions, and other system elements.
Accessing Audit Logs
Global Audit Log
The main audit log can be accessed through the Documents > Version > Logs section, where you can view:
- All changes made by any user
- Timestamp of modifications
- User who made the change
- Affected stories and resources
- Filter options to narrow down specific changes
Resource-Specific Logs
Each resource maintains its own audit trail, accessible directly from the resource view:
- Epics: View when changes were made to epic details
- User Stories: Track modifications to story content
- Acceptance Criteria: Monitor additions and removals
- Original Sentences: See when sentences were assigned or removed
Tracked Activities
Content Changes
- Modifications to epics and stories
- Addition or removal of acceptance criteria
- Assignment and removal of original sentences
- Changes to requirements and specifications
User Administration
The system logs all administrative actions including:
- User permission changes
- License assignments and removals
- Role modifications
- Access right updates
Version Control
All changes can be filtered by version, allowing you to:
- Track modifications specific to each version
- Compare changes between versions
- Review the evolution of requirements over time
