AI Services

Manage and configure AI service integrations to optimize how AI models are used within Storywise. While organization-owned AI models remain free, third-party endpoints provide enhanced capabilities for advanced tasks.

Overview

The AI Services page lets you:

• Connect and manage external AI service endpoints.
• Easily select and switch between AI models using a dropdown menu next to suggestion buttons.
• Leverage AI for tasks like epic generation, role suggestions, user story creation, and image description generation.

Note: Administrative privileges are required to access and modify these settings.

Creating AI Services

With a valid license, you can add new AI service endpoints manually by entering the required configuration details:

Supported Service Types:

• Anthropic – Features Claude models with strong reasoning capabilities and extended context windows.
• Azure AI – Microsoft’s robust AI platform offering enterprise-grade security, compliance, and local hosting (e.g. in Europe).
• Groq – Delivers extremely fast inference speeds via specialized AI hardware.
• OpenAI (and all compatible endpoints) – Provides cutting-edge models like GPT-4o, o1-mini, and o1-preview with broad capabilities.
• Together AI – Offers access to a variety of open models at competitive pricing (e.g., DeepSeek R1, V3).

Required Configuration Details:

• Host URL
• API key
• API version
• Deployment name (model name)
• Custom display name (optional)

Testing and Capabilities

After setting up an AI service:

• Use the trial request button to test the connection.
• Specify image processing capabilities to enable automatic generation of descriptions from uploaded images—ideal for managing visual requirements and documentation.
• Save the configuration only after successful testing.

Accessing AI Services

To configure your AI services:

1. Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner.
2. Select “AI Settings” from the dropdown menu to navigate to this page.
