These are settings for this document version.

Finalize Document

Finalize the document version. This makes it visible to external users in the project, if existing, and makes it immutable. See documents for more information.

You can set the name and the hourly rate for this document version.

Note: Leave empty to use the default project rate, or specify a custom rate for this document.

This setting allows you to specify different hourly rates for each document version, which is particularly useful when comparing proposals from multiple vendors. By setting distinct rates per version, you can effectively evaluate and compare different vendor offerings within the same project.

For example, if you want to compare proposals from three different vendors, they can:

1. Create a separate document version for each vendor’s proposal
2. Set their respective hourly rates
3. Add their own acceptance criteria and other details, even own user stories
4. You then can compare the total costs and value propositions side by side

This granular control over rates at the document version level facilitates more accurate cost comparisons and informed decision-making when evaluating multiple vendor options. See documents for more information.

External Tool Integration

Jira Integration

The Jira integration allows you to configure a project key or name to establish a connection with your Jira instance. Enter the project key or name (or a part of it) and then select the project from the list.

YouTrack Integration

Connect your document with YouTrack projects through the project linking feature. Enter the project name and link the project.

Azure DevOps Integration

Link your document to Azure DevOps projects and track the integration status in real-time. You can select your preferred process template (Basic, Agile, or Scrum) and verify or update the Azure DevOps configuration as needed.

Figma Integration

Connect your document to Figma design files using a global file link, which accepts direct file URLs in the format: https://www.figma.com/file/[file-key]/[file-name]. You can also configure a document-specific Figma access token for secure access to protected Figma resources. This token can be updated or removed as needed to maintain security and access control.
